Many of those investigating the fraud which occurred during the 2020 election have been more than frustrated by our inability to get the truth out to the general public. While false narratives such as “the 2020 election was the most secure election in American history” and “the voting machines are not connected to the internet” have been all the rage in media stories, evidence that exposed the fallacy of these assertions has been scrubbed from the public square.

Major media outlets on both ends of the political spectrum refused to allow any discussion of the topic of election fraud.

Big tech platforms were weaponized to remove any content pertinent to election fraud. I was advised by podcast hosts that I needed to speak in code so as to not upset the YouTube censor bots. For example, I had to refer to Dominion Voting Systems as Dominos and ballots as pizza in order to prevent censorship of content. When Elon Musk purchased Twitter, he released the “Twitter Files”. These files revealed the individuals behind this Orwellian censorship.

Big Media and Big Tech are private companies. If they wish to forgo their federal immunity from liable under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act and moderate content, they are entitled to adopt content standards for their platforms and censor away. What happens, however, when these companies retain these protections and are influenced by the federal government to censor free speech on their platforms? We have a violation of our fundamental rights as American citizens. That’s what the Twitter Files revealed and that’s what the U.S. House Report on the weaponization of government has revealed.

The First Amendment of the Constitution is very clear.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

There is no authority granted by the federal government to censor American citizens yet that is exactly what a report by the U.S. House Judiciary Committee reveals has happened since the 2020 election cycle and continues to happen as we head into the important 2024 election cycle.

I encourage everyone to read this report. It is one of the most professional investigative reports that I have ever seen released by government officials – and I served 8 years in the Michigan State Senate.

Background

At the center of the report is an organization called the Election Integrity Partnership (EIP).

The EIP is a consortium of government, “civil” society groups, big tech and big media.

In the wake of the 2020 general election, many of the key players in the EIP took to YouTube to opine on their findings.

It should be noted that Alex Stamos, who is featured in the above video, has now gone into business with the former director of CISA, Chris Krebs. They have formed a cybersecurity consulting company called Krebs Stamos Group LLC. You may recall that it was Krebs who asserted that the “2020 election was the most secure in American history”.

What Did Report Reveal?

I recommend reading the full report, but if you would prefer the cliff notes, here are the key takeaways:

• Report reveals a conspiracy by the federal government to use proxy organizations such as the Atlantic Council, Big Tech, and Big media to censor Americans
• Prominent conservative voices were silenced before and after the 2020 election including President Trump, Charlie Kirk, James O’Keefe, and news outlets such as the Gateway Pundit
• Key news stories at the heart of many civil lawsuits were silenced including topics such as Hammer and Scorecard as well as Arizona election fraud

What the report also reveals is that the management of the EIP censorship activities was executed in much the way that an IT support desk manages assistance requests.

Misinformation Reporting Portal

At the heart of the EIP censorship engine is the Misinformation Reporting Portal. Of course, what constituted “misinformation” was a matter of opinion not fact, but that didn’t stop Aaron Wilson formerly with the Center for Internet Security (CIS) to recommend the creation of a Misinformation Reporting Portal managed by CIS.

NOTE: Mr. Wilson is a former Director of Product Innovation at prominent electronic voting system vendor, Clear Ballot.

Aaron Wilson was very persistent in his efforts. Not only did he reach out to CISA, he also reached out to the FBI regarding his censorship (aka Misinformation Reporting) tool.

It was evident that federal authorities attempted to walk the line between supporting the portal and leveraging the censorship benefits of the portal as evident in the following meeting recap from what appears to be a Facebook employee.

The bottom line is that the federal government sought to use proxies to censor free speech protected under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. Not only should the pertinent federal employees be removed from office, they should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law for their crimes.

JIRA Ticket System

Reporting misinformation was only the start of the censorship process. Once an uncomfortable truth (aka misinformation) was reported, it was tracked by the EIP as an “incident”.

“Incidents” subject to censorship accidents were tracked in a JIRA ticket system. The U.S. House obtained a list of such tickets from Stanford which you can review at the following link:

This is only the tip of the iceberg. There is much more revealed in the report and yet to be revealed by current investigations.

What Were Impacts Of Censorship?

The impacts of the censorship efforts of the Election Integrity Partnership were significant and wide ranging.

Election Impact

First of all, it is reasonable to assert that the censorship activities influence the votes of enough Americans to change the results of the 2020 election even in the absence of other election fraud mechanisms. How so? In the weeks leading up to the 2020 election, the New York Post released a damning report on the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop to the general public.

Less than a week after the release of the NY Post article, a group of 51 intel operatives penned a letter asserting that the Hunter Biden laptop revelations were likely part of a Russian disinformation campaign.

I found it interesting how so many members of the intelligence community could be brought together so quickly to refute the NY Post story. As it turns out, Anthony Blinken coordinated the release of the letter.

In an apparent quid pro quo for his efforts to deflect voters away from evidence of collusion between Joe Biden and foreign officials, Anthony Blinken was appointed as Secretary of State by Joe Biden.

According to polling in the wake of the 2020 election, Blinken earned such an appointment.

The impact of the letter orchestrated by Blinken was significant.

9.4% of Biden voters would have abandoned Biden if they would have known that the information on the Hunter Biden laptop was real. The number of voters swayed by misinformation pushed by the media in concert with their friends at the EIP was sufficient to change the results of the 2020 presidential election all by itself.

This single “incident” demonstrated the shear power of a censorship organization backed by the resources of the federal government.

Trial Impacts

The EIP censorship conspiracy impacted much more than the results of the 2020 election. The false narratives propped up via the information shield provided by the EIP contributed to numerous indictments and unlawful incarcerations. Real lives were impacted irreversibly. While the list is growing by the day, we need to remember the hardships experienced by those persecuted in the wake of the suppression of free speech in America.

• Attendees at January 6th Rally in DC
• President Donald Trump
• Alternate Electors
• Sanctioned Lawyers

In addition to the financial burdens and loss of livelihoods, many of those subject to false narratives propped up by the EIP have lost precious years of their lives separated from loved ones behind bars.

What was the core crime that all of these above individuals were accused of? Disagreeing with the demonstrable lie that the 2020 election was lawfully conducted.

What Can Be Done?

We are in an information war.

In order to fight an information war effectively, you first need to be informed. That’s why I created LetsFixStuff.org and why many others have developed platforms to share the truth that has otherwise been prohibited from the public square.

Once you are informed, you need to inform others.

Once the vast majority of Americans understand what has happened, we will have the momentum necessary to convert the court of public opinion into criminal indictments based on real evidence.

We need additional subpoenas of Non-Government Organizations by Congress including the following:

• The Atlantic Council Digital Forensic Lab
• Graphika
• National Conference on Citizenship
• Harvard Kennedy School Belfer Center
• AARP
• NASS
• NASED
• NAACP
• MITRE
• Common Cause
• SQUINT

These subpoenas should focus upon the collection of evidence that would expose the entire network of those behind the conspiracy to subvert the integrity of the 2020 election.

With this information in hand, we can build up the pressure to end the frivolous indictments and kangaroo courts which have been propped up by EIP-enabled false narratives.

Lastly, we need to pursue information from alternative media sources that did not sell their soul to the deception promoted by the EIP.

Conclusion

Many of the impacts of censorship are irreversible. Precious time with loved ones has been lost by those wrongfully incarcerated. Reputations of upstanding citizens have been destroyed. Citizens have been financially drained to the point of bankruptcy.

There is reason for Hope, however.

Despite the best efforts of those behind the 2020 Coup to intimidate and demoralize Americans investigating election fraud, the truth is still getting out to the people.

Trustworthy alternative media outlets that actually provide links to supporting evidence in their news stories are now growing. The Gateway Pundit, Epoch Times and FrankSpeech are a few of my favorites.
