Will Biden kill the Space Force

So far there is little news about the Space Force.  The reaction of US generals to the CCP hypersonic missile demonstration was telling.  Surely the Space Force was aware of it.  Is it a good idea not to counter CCP presence on the moon?  How soon will we see the militarization of the moon?

I have proposed electromagnetic launch cannons on the moon which would be powered by aneutronic fusion generators. (See LPP Fusion website).  So far their seems to be little interest from Space Force or Space X.
