      During the 2020 Election , did you observe…

      • breakage in chain of custody for election artifacts such as the Qualified Voter File, poll books, ballots or vote tallies
      • violations of election statute
      • violations of constitutional rights

          In your presentation (which is excellent), you mention vote switching in 4 major counties, including Kent county.  What can we do to effect a forensic audit of all physical ballots in Kent County, similar to what Maricopa county is doing?  Do we have a chance of pulling this off?

              Expecting the MI legislature to “do the right thing” is like the definition of insanity.  Matt Deperno has launched a petition drive to press for the legislature to take action.  350,000 signatures are required in the next 6 weeks!  The signatures may be presented to the MI Board of Canvassers for verification , which takes over 100 days more.  I proposed to Matt that when the petition is presented to the Canvassers, a large demonstration should occur by the legislature!  All during the verification period heavy lobbying on all media should also occur.  We cannot let this die under Joslyn Benson’s Bureau of Elections.

                This is great! I’ve seen you around quite a bit and I’ve always been impressed with your analysis and testimony. I really think we need more technical people in government. Regardless, I wanted to thank you for the article. This will be very helpful information to advance election integrity in Michigan.
