The head of the secret police under Joseph Stalin once quipped,
“You show me the man, and I’ll show you the crime”
– Lavrentiy Beria
In this short statement, Beria reveals how unscrupulous officers of the state can weaponize arcane sections of law to suit political purposes. Instead of lady justice wearing a blindfold, political operatives can use the contents of vast law libraries to target political opponents.
In America, our Founders warned against the dangers of voluminous laws noting how they poison the blessing of liberty.
“The internal effects of a mutable policy are still more calamitous. It poisons the blessing of liberty itself. It will be of little avail to the people, that the laws are made by men of their own choice, if the laws be so voluminous that they cannot be read, or so incoherent that they cannot be understood; if they be repealed or revised before they are promulgated, or undergo such incessant changes that no man, who knows what the law is to-day, can guess what it will be to-morrow. Law is defined to be a rule of action; but how can that be a rule, which is little known, and less fixed?”
Thomas Jefferson, Federalist Paper No. 62
Why the history lesson? Well, it appears that history is repeating itself right in our own backyard. Against the backdrop of a former operative with the GDR secret police named Vladimir Putin launching a “special operation” in Ukraine, the Michigan Attorney General is leveraging old guard secret police tactics in a “special operation” of her own.
In the wake of suspicious election results in the 2020 general election, Jacky Eubanks, a former Chesterfield Township Clerk’s office staffer and current candidate for MI State Representative for the 63rd House District, launched what she called the Concerned Citizens Initiative to canvass voters in Macomb County. The canvassing initiative had one purpose – analyze the integrity of the 2020 voter records. Her final report identified a 17.6% anomaly rate from a sample size of over 1200 voters. This rate translates to over 87,000 fraudulent votes in Macomb County and over 970,000 votes statewide in a election reportedly decided by 154,188 votes.
In the wake of the release of the report, Ms. Eubanks shared 5 of the 250 anomalies her team collected with the Macomb County clerk. I was in the Macomb County Clerk office with her when she shared these affidavits. The county elections director proceeded to check the voracity of her claims real time in front of us. The first affidavit checked out as suspect. The second affidavit checked out as suspect. Then, the internet connection used by the Macomb election official to connect to voting records mysteriously ceased to function properly. The records submitted by Jacky were clear indications of election fraud. Subsequent to the meeting, the Clerk forwarded the affidavits to law enforcement for further investigation.
To her surprise and to the surprise of those who assisted her in the discovery of these anomalies, there was indeed an investigation pursued by state law enforcement officials. However, rather than investigating the clear incidents of election fraud, the investigation focused upon how Jacky and her team obtained this data. Their investigative efforts appear to have been intended to intimidate Jacky and her team in an attempt to discourage further canvassing efforts. Jacky sought legal counsel. In the wake of discussions between her legal counsel and state officials, Jacky released the following note to her supporters:
Lastly, I would like to thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart for your generosity, prayers, and encouragement in the face of Nessel’s investigation. Because of you, I was able to hire a fantastic attorney who quickly and effectively defused the situation. While I am not at liberty to discuss the affair in detail, I can tell you this: we confirmed Nessel’s intention was, in fact, to link me to some nebulous crime pertaining to canvassing and collecting affidavits. This was purely political targeting to intimidate myself and other citizen activists from investigating election fraud. The good news is, the investigation into me has been closed. The bad news is, the investigation into the fraud was closed with it. Those were Nessel’s terms. I made the hard call to close the investigation into the fraud so that I would not be arbitrarily taken to court for a superfluous non-crime. My thinking was, I can better fight to end systemic fraud and corruption in the state legislature than I can behind bars, bankrupt from lawfare. I hope you can forgive me for that. I encourage you, if you have not done so already, to follow me on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, & Gab) and to check out my issues, policy, & bills page on my website. It contains my platform and the legislation I will pen as soon as I make it to Lansing. God’s blessings to you, Jacky Eubanks

Joseph Stalin and Vladimir Putin would be proud of the tactics employed by the Michigan Attorney General.
Sadly, these efforts to intimidate canvassers were not isolated to Macomb County. On the other side of the state, the same tactics were employed in Ottawa County. The Ottawa County Clerk, Justin Roebuck, claimed that canvassers were representing themselves as “county officials” during their canvassing activities.
No substantive evidence was ever provided in support of such accusations. It was a clear attempt to intimidate canvassers and encourage residents not to participate in the investigation of the integrity of voter records.
Why is canvassing so important to election fraud investigations? The Ottawa County Clerk denies that there was any election fraud during the 2020 election. When evidence of statutory violations was presented to him, he persisted in asserting that it was not evidence of election fraud. When asked what he would consider to be election fraud, he initially responded that it was when votes were cast in a fraudulent manner. Canvassing determines if votes were cast in a fraudulent manner.
So, in summary, it appears that government officials from both political parties are actively seeking to suppress the investigation of 2020 election fraud.
On the bright side, canvassers are continuing their efforts in counties throughout Michigan. The preliminary results in just 5 of the 23 counties with canvassing teams are summarized below.
County | Registered Voters | Votes Cast | Turnout | # Attempted Contacts | # Voters Contacted | Vote Anomalies | % Anomalies |
Berrien | 130,487 | 82,391 | 63.1% | 439 | 189 | 6 | 3.2% |
Genesee | 343,940 | 221,360 | 64.4% | 1193 | 493 | 45 | 9.1% |
Livingston | 160,308 | 127,197 | 79.3% | 464 | 184 | 12 | 6.5% |
Macomb | 687,568 | 494,256 | 71.9% | NA | 1,216 | 214 | 17.6% |
Ottawa | 219,374 | 168,713 | 76.9% | NA | 478 | 32 | 6.7% |
Every one of these counties reveal significant evidence of election fraud in light of the fact that Biden was awarded Michigan’s 16 electoral college votes on the basis of a 2.87% margin of victory.
It should be noted that despite the negative reception from government officials, the overwhelming majority of citizens receive the canvassers warmly and express gratitude for their efforts to investigate the integrity of our election system.

Awoke this morning . . . and it just hit me btw the eyes.
I GET IT!!!
I can only imagine the degree of frustration you have experienced.

Time to use our minds offensively.
Completing Gators and will re-read.
Your immense efforts and spirit is appreciated.

Peter Navarro is right! It’s not the count it’s the canvass. What does it take to convince the legislatures to decertify the electors and to impeach corrupt officials!
