“Let them play” movement growing in Michigan. Protesters were joined by University of Michigan Head Football Coach Jim Harbaugh.

“Well, I mean, would have rather been coming to a game than a rally,” Harbaugh said. “But, it definitely hits you. We should’ve been playing a game today.

According to Harbaugh, he has texted and emailed Schlissel (Big 10 President) the football team’s testing results (he said Saturday that the program had 120 tests that were all negative, and now has had “close to 1,000 tests” in a row that have come back negative). Harbaugh also says that Daryl Conway, U-M’s senior associate athletic director and chief health and welfare officer, has approved of the football program’s COVID-19 protocols.”
