What Happens to Post COVID19 Generations?

When herd immunity is reached, what happens to those who think they have immunity because they had the infection and/or the adenovirus vaccines(J&J or AstraZeneca)?  It is very possible that 20-30 years later when these people are in their 60’s, they will become infectious again and/or suffer early onset dementia due to awakened corona virus from brain tissue.  This is similar to what happens with other viruses like chicken pox/shingles and herpes.  Will <i style=”caret-color: #225f73; color: #225f73; font-family: ‘Open Sans’, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px; letter-spacing: 0.20000000298023224px; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);”><span class=”wc”><span class=”wc”><span class=”wc”><span class=”wc”><span class=”wc”>hydroxychloroquine be the best treatment then?</span></span></span></span></span></i>
