Why can’t they sue each sitting official who made comments which induce the rioting damage that was when the BLM and Antifa?

Why come vice-president, can not be held responsible for raising money to get the criminals out of jail?

The Vice President needs to be/and can be held accountable but who is there to  do it? Our lawmakers have to seek justice. I suppose the least we can do is plague our lawmakers with our opinion!  People we must have a bigger voice.
